This is a bit of a long post but bear with, we feel it’s important to share with you all the plans for Monday… "Would you be willing to trade all the days, from this day to that for one chance, just one chance"? yeah neither are we... Look, we cannot wait to see more of you lovely people enjoying each others company, entire families being able to share a single table, work colleagues sharing face to face time & not just a screen, loved ones giving the biggest of cuddles, mates just doing mates things - oh my god we are already welling up. As we all take what is hopefully our first giant leap back to some kind of normality, there will understandably be a certain level of anxiousness as the impending relaxation of restrictions unravel. Having considered and deliberated long and hard over our duty of care to our staff & guests wellbeing, both mentally and physically, we feel that a measured approach is the correct route to take for our team & guests alike. What this means; We will continue to: * Wear masks as a team * Temperature check all staff on daily basis * Lateral flow test as a team weekly as standard What it means to you: * You are not required to wear a mask unless you wish to * Track & Trace is optional (NHS QR codes will be available directly from staff or in specific locations) As we all transition through to whatever is going to be the eventual new norm, we ask you to be respectful to the incredible, hard working hicce family who endeavour to deliver every single day & please, please respect each others personal choices as we all strive to get this wonderful planet back.
