We thank Ed Davey for raising with the Prime Minister at #PMQs today the impact that the removal of the universal entitlement to Winter Fuel Payments will have on unpaid carers like Norman, who are over state pension age and will no longer receive the payment.
We encourage anyone who thinks they may be entitled to receive Pension Credit to check their eligibility for the benefit, as this is a qualifying benefit for the Winter Fuel Payment. You can do so here: https://www.gov.uk/pension-credit-calculator?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign&utm_content=ap_trbt36p5hj
If you will be affected by the removal of the universal entitlement to Winter Fuel Payment, we would like to hear from you. Please contact [email protected] to share your story
