I think this maybhave been one of the most popular guests we’ve done! That Spianata is WAFFFFER thin and goes crispy like bacon in the oven and we roast the Italian pumpkins whole in the oven. Last couple weeks. Who’s coming to try? 😘

At PP we have something called “Hapiness Day”. It’s an extra day off that everyone in the company gets every year, outside of their holiday allowance to go and do something that makes them happy. It can be anything! Go to the zoo, walk the dog, get married, travel, see hot air balloons, watch your daughter graduate, legoland, hang out with friends. We’re all about making people happier one pizza at a tike but that starts with our team. ❤️

We designed a pizza for our La Bomba chilli oil. Spicy spianata salami and roasted pumpkin. On our menus all this month. Do you add chilli oil on your pizza?

Step aside ‘Pumpkin Spice’… ‘Pumpkin with spicy salami’ is the new kid in town 🤌🌶️. This is our new guest pizza and it starts TODAY. Come give it a try. We roast the pumpkins in the pizza oven so its sweet but with a deep ‘roast-y-ness’. And the Calabrian Spianata salami is 🔥

The big day has arrived! The winner of our head Chef pizza Dough Down ‘24 is…🥁… ANTON from PP Cambridge! It’s called the ‘Umami Mia’ and is his ode to Umami. Miso glazed sh*take mushrooms, fried guanciale, toasted sesame seeds and crispy deep fried noodles. It’s as delicious as it is mad! Available in all Pizza Pilgrims all this month. 💥💥💥

🥊 THE DOUGHDOWN! 🥊 Our annual pizza competition to celebrate our talented pizzaiolos.

24 chefs battled it out in the heats for a spot in the Doughdown final, but only five could make it through. Oh boyyyyy, the competition was tough and the standard was high. We’ve got some talented peeps working for us - for sure!

Our finalists are Alessandro from Canary Wharf; Antonio from Soho; Andres Donato Palombizo from Selfridges; Anton Cherepakha from Cambridge and Dame Niang from Nottingham.
