Every morning, we handcraft our pasta using freshly milled semolina flour, full of fibre, protein, and a whole lot of flavour. When it comes to creating the perfect pasta dish, quality is everything, and we never compromise! 💪

Our Bruschetta ‘Nduja Burrata is made with our rich and spicy ‘Nduja sauce from artisans in the heart of Calabria 🇮🇹

Our ‘Nduja artisans are based in Spillinga, a commune of under 1700 people, from where the soft salami originates. Chestnut forests blanket the hillsides of Spilinga, providing ample food for the nero di Calabria pigs that roam freely around large farms 🌲

Originating from Sicily, arancini are traditional stuffed rice balls that date back to the 10th century, during the Arab rule of Sicily. Our version starts with creamy risotto rice, which is perfectly seasoned and infused with luxurious truffle. Each ball is rolled, breaded, and baked to a crisp golden perfection. The result is a delightful contrast of textures: a crunchy exterior gives way to a rich, creamy interior brimming with truffle essence 🤤

At Scarpetta, our fresh pasta is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. We start with flour that is freshly milled to order at a historic mill in Southern Italy. This traditional process separates the semolina from the bran and grinds it into coarse flour, rich in vitamins, minerals, and fibre 🌾

Our pasta is made from this premium semolina, which boasts a high protein content of 12-15%. Each morning, our chefs handcraft the pasta from scratch, ensuring every dish is made with the finest quality ingredients and techniques. The result is pasta that is perfectly al dente 🍝

Start your meal at Scarpetta with our Burrata Rocket Salad. Our creamy burrata, sourced from a top dairy in Puglia, pairs beautifully with our sweet San Marzano, confit, and cherry tomatoes 🍅
