How it works:

Questionnaire – once you choose your semi-custom brand, you'll receive an email with a questionnaire to gather your business details. Fill out the questionnaire about your company and the changes to be made. You will have a section to write any additional notes or requests.

Customisation - After payment, I will begin customising your new brand identity! This step includes two free revisions – additional revisions may be added on as needed.

Finalise – After we finalise your brand, your final files will be sent in a variety of formats. Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery of the final files.

The fine print:

All sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product.
1-on-1 brand support is not included after the final files are delivered.
Brand packages can be purchased multiple times or once if someone wants to buy them exclusively.
Fonts may have to be licensed and purchased separately.

Sensational scents that will transport you to heaven, for a while as they melt away. That was the idea and the feel that this brand wanted to portrait and that was exactly how it was created from the wordplay of the name to the design of the logo. All to create a relaxing and mystical, magical brand.

Peahen Cosmetics is a new cosmetics company with vegan, animal cruelty free products!!!

Peahen ( The female equivalent of the male Peacock ) recognised because of its beautiful feathers. In Greek mythology it was Hera's sacred animal and symbolises vision, royalty, beauty, vanity and immortality amongst other things, so it was only natural the logo mark is based on this beautiful creature and its feathers.

A minimal linear logo, that forms a peahen's head within the shape of its feather's "eye". The holographic colour palette was chosen to represent the variety of textures and iridescent colours of the make up products.

Hi, I’m Magdalene!

I’m a London based Graphic Designer with 20 years of experience. I’ve worked for advertising and design companies in the past, however, my true love is designing for passionate creative people with small businesses, like you. I believe in strong communication throughout the design process and delivering quality work that reflects your business in the best way possible.

Magdart was originally born in 2004 as a page for my Arts & Crafts but then expanded to a freelance site and to a place where people come to learn about design.

Some facts about me:

I will listen to the same song on repeat all day if I like it ( probably dance to it too )

I'm obsessed with all things pretty and minimal aesthetic design.

WHAT ARE YOUR TURN-AROUND TIMES?

My complete brand packages have an average turn-around time of 4-6 weeks but can be much sooner. Clients are expected to be prompt in returning feedback to work shown during that time to ensure we complete in a timely manner.

HOW SOON CAN WE START?

To ensure that my clients receive 100% customer service satisfaction, I only take on a set amount of clients at a time. This means I have a very strict calendar in which I have made spaces for my clients. This begins with you booking a briefing appointment so we can discuss further your needs. I draft and send you an offer and upon acceptance of quote and first deposit, you secure your slot and we arrange a start date. On the start day of your project, we will start right away and work efficiently until project completion.

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

My office hours are 12:00am – 8:00pm Mon – Fri (excluding UK holidays & UK half-term school breaks). I accept emails 24/7 and whilst I do my best to reply promptly, it may take up to 3 working days for a response (less than 48 hours for clients).

DO YOU OFFER WEB DESIGN?

I have recently decided to stop taking on web design projects. I truly love the branding process and want to invest my time in this area only. I still however do occasionally some web element design or page & banner design.

CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT YOUR PAYMENT METHODS & POLICIES?

I accept Paypal & Credit Card (you do not need a paypal account to make payment). A retainer fee of % of the package price is required up front to secure your booking with the remaining payments to be paid over an agreed time period. Please be aware that your retainer is non-refundable. I often have to turn away potential clients or add people to waiting lists due to being fully booked which means if you opt out of our agreement, your spot could have been filled by another project.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK?

It is extremely unlikely that this will happen if you love what you already see in my portfolio and don’t leave anything important out of your questionnaire answers. However, if you do feel that the work being shown during your project has not reached your expectations, please talk to me right away so that we can find a way to resolve any problems.

IS THERE A CONTRACT?

Yes within my detailed offer there is a section of contract of terms and agreement, acceptance of quote so I invite my clients to read them before making any payment. By making your first payment, you are agreeing to these terms.
