Right listen up you naughty little chicken dippers. Other Side Fried is going on vacation for a bit. Introducing to you all .

We started Buster’s back when sh*t hit the fan during covid as a little side hustle. Now Buster’s got beef and kicked OSF out of brixton to cook his little heart out - an incredibly simple menu of wagyu beef burgers sandwiched between our own in house developed seeded potato rolls. No more martins.

No they will not be smashed to a crisp - Just a little press to get that flavour but yet retain that beautiful wagyu fat that is the star of the show. Cooked just how we like, back in the good old days. We want to simply show case the the beef , the bun and the sauce. Served on the side will be a osf inspired chicken fat dip and cheese sauce for ya french fries. Oh yeah and some hipster juice pet nat from plus some spicy picante’s.

The grand opening will be on 1st November - 3 Atlantic road, Brixton , SW98HX .

If you haven’t heard or seen lately we’ve been banging on a lot about ……This is basically a new chapter of our cooking adventure. We’ve been slinging that chicken for a number of years now and we fancy a change and doing something a bit different 🤯Yeah we don’t just like fried chicken you know 🤯

Ploussard will be a cosy neighbourhood restaurant serving a seasonal menu of plates designed to be shared with low intervention wines. The menu will always be changing and evolving with the seasons to mix it up and keep it fresh. Sourcing produce from local suppliers such as & we want to focus on being as sustainable as we can be.

SO, on Sunday the 19th March OSF in Battersea will be closing. Then on 1st April we will re-open …. it’s as simple as that! So if you like good food and wine then give us a follow 🥸 Bookings are now open on resy link is in our bio.

Don’t forget you can still come and get that fried chicken fix at our first bricks and mortar in Brixton!
