I am so happy to share this with you ahead of the meet and greet the business owner winners.

This is our second award, and I cannot be more thankful to my team and their effort they give.

This year is going well, with this award and also another one won in February. Some very tremendous fight against scam and unfair contracts that came to an end.
And we have accomplished 5 years of business at Blueberry's/jerome's kitchen. And we are planning a celebration for it...

Refreshing and light for hot day, perfect to go with a meal.

The combination of flavour is great, but after 3 to 4, we do lose it. Our mind can't process that much and mix it to end nowhere. As a chef, I target 3 important flavours within a plated dish to bring a remarkable food tasting experience.

Food tasting is about our sense
1. Sight... eye, see, and give the 1st impression.
2. Hearing... hear, is about noise for cracking or crunchy texture
3. Smell... noze and palate give you the primary flavour, which is set at the back of your tongue.
4. Tactition... is about feeling sometimes an ingredient with our finger, which also communicates a texture, like crunch, soft, oily...
5. The last and importance is the taste... tongue and palate bring it all together.
