57% of tech industry employees reported burn-out

As mental health week comes to a close, it's essential to reflect upon the challenges we face concerning mental health in tech.

In a fast-paced industry where we strive to consistently innovate, the risk of stress, burnout, and depression is incredibly high.

Next month we'll be joined by Jane Atherton, who'll be hosting a seminar on how to have an impact without burnout. If you'd like to attend, find more information on our website.

As always, we're open to suggestions on improving the Level39 ecosystem to help promote well-being and mental health.
