Vantage UAV is dynamic drone services and solutions company working with a variety of customers in many market sectors.
We deploy a number of autonomous solutions providing rich functional data.
Tis the season for thermal property surveys! 🏘 🌡 ☃
During the festive period, colder temperatures provide the ideal conditions to conduct thermal surveys! Unfortunately, it is often during colder, wetter weather that issues such as leaks or draughts surface.
Thermal imaging surveys are a fast, safe and cost effective way to collect high-quality data and efficiently highlight issues across property stock. Unlocking insight unobtainable through other methods of inspection, thermal data can help to detect heat loss, leaks, condensation, damp, installation issues and the root cause of existing/reoccurring issues.
The result?
✅ Enhanced insight into asset condition strengthens decision making and improves repair performance, speed and efficacy.
✅Thermal data can guide preventative/pre-emptive work, avoiding potential damage or disruption later down the line and allowing works to be organised in advance, supporting a proactive approach to maintenance
✅Thermal data can guide works to reduce damage repair costs, lower heating bills, carbon footprint, prevent energy waste and stop damp and mould taking hold.
✅Ensure tenant comfort during wetter, colder months by detecting issues before they cause damage or disruption
Get in touch if you're interested in getting to the heart of disrepair, discovering important details, and gaining a greater insight the condition of your stock....

Not long now until HHLA Sky GmbH participate in the EUROPEAN DRONE FORUM on the 26th of October, Cologne, Germany!🌍🤝
HHLA Sky GmbH’s Director, Sebastian Törsleff, and leading European experts will be having a Town Hall Debate: ‘Efficient U-spaces’. The debate will explore answers to questions such as:
ℹ How do U-Spaces work efficiently?
ℹ Do U-Spaces cover Metropolitan areas only, or nation-wide?
ℹ What's the ideal workshare between CISP and USSP to ensure safe operations?
Thorsten Indra, Project Developer at HHLA Sky, will also be delivering a speech: “Risk-balanced Automation in UAS Operations”. This is a key talk for organizations and infrastructure facilities looking to utilise drones for data provision, improved perimeter security and deliveries, exploring:
ℹ How risk-balanced automation in Operations enables business scalability whilst maintaining safety
ℹ How drones can be integrated into existing processes with minimal disruption and downtime
To listen or even join in with the debate, and to catch the speech, make sure to attend The European Drone Forum, 26th October, Cologne, Germany!
As colder, wetter weather sets in, get a head start and ensure homes stay dry, warm and comfortable with Vantage UAV drone inspection services!🏡☀
During winter months especially, damage and defects such as cracks or missing tiles can cause leaks, water ingress, draughts and heat loss. These are issues which make it easier for mould and damp to take hold, and can qu**ky lead to costly repairs, high energy bills and discomfort for residents.... ☃😰
Our drone inspections provide a thorough understanding of a property and its repair needs, capturing high-quality data to support asset managers in making strong decisions, developing effective, proactive maintenance regimes and resolving issues before they escalate.
But, why drones?
✅ A quick, safe and cost-effective method of building and roof inspection, drones capture HD images of a structure and any damages- along with their precise location - for quick and effective repair.
✅ Drones equipped with thermal cameras gather data which illuminates issues that may be invisible to the naked eye, such as leaks or heat loss, allowing works to be undertaken which can increase efficiency and prevent damage or mould and damp developing.
✅ Drones provide a birds eye view of a roof and, when equipped with thermal payloads, an insight into how heat moves around the home and reliable leak detection. Such a vantage point and indepth data collection is unique to drone inspection, often leading to the detection of root cause of issues and ensuring the correct repairs are undertaken.
Don’t get caught out by unexpected, costly repairs. Get in touch to discuss how our data provision services can help you to act, secure home efficiency and tenant comfort whilst operating safer, faster and smarter 🚀

The Regulator of Social Housing’s Global Accounts show that social landlords in England spent a record-breaking £6.5 billion on repairs between 2021-22! Inflation has left many housing associations struggling to balance tight budgets with tenant affordability as the cost of living crisis continues to impact residents…
Fortunately, by utilizing drone inspections, organisations can cut costs significantly whilst increasing asset management efficiency and repair performance!
Not only is drone-based property inspection more cost-effective than manual methods- requiring a fraction of the time, labour and equipment- it provides high-quality data that equips clients to manage stock and resources effectively.
Offering swift, easy access to buildings, drones capture accurate data on stock quality and fast defect diagnosis, so repairs can be organised before issues worsen and major, costly repairs are required. This in-depth insight into stock condition can also aid clients in developing effective preventative maintenance regimes to avoid unplanned repairs.
Drone inspections reliably detect the root cause of issues commonly missed during manual inspections; for instance, thermal cameras can be used to identify excess moisture or areas of heat loss which could lead to damp and mould, leaks and high energy bills. This ensures that the right repairs are carried out first time, avoiding reoccurring issues at an additional cost.
The Vantage UAV data portal assigns a severity rating to each issue detected, meaning that repair and maintenance can be organized according to priority and resources managed efficiently.
Get in touch to discuss how utilizing drones could help your organisation cut costs and grow efficiencies!
