The Ministry of Justice has launched a public consultation on 22nd March regarding a number of court fee increases. The proposal is to increase fees in line with inflation between August 2016 and April 2021 and the fees being considered are those which are under-recovering compared to the estimated cost of the service and those fees which are enhanced, meaning they can legally be set above the cost of service. https://buff.ly/3dpSave
