All classes are free, just turn up around 10-15mins before the start of the class to get booked in as we operate on a first come first served basis.

There will be no Boxing conditioning this Saturday (27th) as Simi is having a well earned break and due to the Bank holiday there will be no Yoga for lifting on Monday (29th).

Ladies!!! Let us introduce you to the latest member of the Crossfit family, say hello to Crossfit Grace.

Unfortunately we have had to remove Zumba from our time table until further notice due to instructor injury. We do still have 3 other great classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays so fill free to pop in and join us!

We are really sorry to say that the Zumba class for today has being cancel due to unavailability of instructor, check us out for the lactive jungle tomorrow or we will see you next week for our usual fantastic Zumba class
