Little Faith

Dear all,

This is a message that we write with the heaviest of hearts, but after five years of pouring pints for you, Little Faith will be closing at the end of this week.

We remain hopeful that a new company may quickly be found to take it on, and continue to run our lovely, quirky little space for you, but this is out of our control.

The truth is that we have faced a tsunami of operational difficulties since we first opened our doors to you in December 2018, along with the hospitality industry as a whole.
We would not have managed to survive this long without your support.

Things were very dicey for us after the lockdowns, and we were blown away by the your support in response to our Keep The Faith campaign. This was a truly humbling moment; the realisation that the little bar we had opened meant something to so many people. We are only sorry that we have not been able to keep going for you this time.

Among many, some of the biggest highlights for us in the time we have been open (to name but a few): hosting The Kernel, Sudden Death (Germany), Escape (US) and many other great brewers for tap takeovers; hosting the London Craft Beer Festival after party; listening to so many amazing local musicians and comedians at the many events we have held over the years… the list goes on.

A huge shout out to all of our customers - past and present - who have helped make Little Faith what it has become, and also to all the brilliant staff (Jamie, Chris, Rob, Ryan, George - take a bow). We will miss you all, but are sure that we will cross paths again one day.

Our last day trading will be this Sunday 30th June – please pop by and help us drink the place dry, and raise a toast.

As some of you already know, our head honcho , Chris is leaving us in the springtime, so we’re on the hunt for a new captain of our ship!

We’re back from our relaxing Christmas break - Doors open from 5pm, serving tasty beverages until 11pm!

Then back again tomorrow for the final time in 2022! If you fancy coming down for NYE beers, we’d recommend heading over to our website (link in bio!) to book yourself on of the few remaining tables!

We’re open for one last day before taking a well earned Xmas break! We’ve got mulled cider and hair of the dog, in the form of some cracking beers! (We’ve got the World Cup final on the telly for anyone interested as well!)

The celebrations are underway here at Little Faith HQ, for our 4th Birthday!

Our man, Chris has put together a stupendous tap list, and brought some special bottles from his personal cellar!

We’re also delighted to be welcoming our pals Jen & Glen of fame! They’re dusting off their wheels of steel and spinning some fun it disco classics later on, from 9pm!

Oh yeah, and there’s cake too!

This Sunday is our last day open before we take a well earned break for Christmas!

As you may have already seen, we’re throwing ourselves a bit of a birthday party on Saturday to celebrate 4 years, with lots of beer, cake, and some special one off cocktails!

We’ll be back open on the 30th, and doing our usual NYE - no fuss, no frills, just good beer, good music and good people! Get a table booked now to join in with the frivolity!

As some of you may already know, we turn the ripe old age of 4 this month, so we thought we’d throw a little shindig, given we’ve not been able to do much proper celebrating for the past couple of years! Save the date - Saturday 17th December, from 2pm!

We’ll have music, and some super special kegs on from some of our best beer friends (including some we’ve been saving for such an occasion), and some rare bottles pouring, courtesy of our GM Chris, from his personal cellar.

There will be food from Thumka, and our friends (it’s Helena’s birthday too!) &
And cake as well - because what kind of birthday party doesn’t have cake!?

Get your bookings in now! We’ll have the sound on for England games only 🔈, and all other games (during our normal opening hours!) will be on with no sound! 🔇

**Please note - the first England game on Monday lunchtime, will be bookings only! Assuming we have enough interest/bookings, we will open for a few hours for the game! **

Think it’s fair to say, everyone knows about our lovely shared outdoor space! But, with the cold weather setting in, and the nights getting longer, we thought we’d remind you how cozy it is inside!

We also have extra indoor seating space now, that we share with our friends & neighbours, & (we’re in the process of adding more furniture/bits to make it feel proper cozy!) where you can eat, drink & be merry to your hearts content!

New house beer number 2 - SHIFTY!

In their own words: Double Dry hopped Pale serves up a delicious medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Packed full of Citra and Mosaic Hops, it’s a punchy combination of fruity, tropical and citrus flavour. 🍹🍍🍋🍊

Our George has been beavering away, working on some autumnal tweaks to the menu.

There’s a old favourite returning, and a brand new pud, plus some autumnal variations on the old classics.

Also, keep an eye out for some cracking specials coming in the next few weeks!

It’s the first Wednesday of the month, which means the lucky people with one of the cards above 👆🏻, can come down, and enjoy a pint 🍺 on us!

Hey lovely people! We're throwing a day party this Saturday in aid of the women's sanctuary at Deptford-based homeless charity 999 Club.

Join us outdoors as we soundtrack your sunny summer with sugary treats of the refined kind.

We also have some amazing food, a ton of guest taps from women-led breweries, plenty of non-alcoholic options and a raffle of brilliant donations from some lovely local businesses.
