The theme will be Songs from The Shows - West End & Broadway classics like The Sound of Music, Oliver!, Singin In The Rain etc
Come and join us for what will be a really enjoyable evening.

The Shabby Man of SE9 has returned to The Long Pond and is on display in The Dorchester Room, in many different guises.
We are in the Good Beer Guide for the 10th edition running. Thanks to our brewery partners Tonbridge, Goody’s, Goachers, Mad Cat, Musket, Wantsum, Kent and Hop Fuzz.

This delightful young man has been with us at The Pond for around 9 years. He has been an integral part of our operation and a joy to have on board.
Tomorrow evening, Thursday 25th July, Jacob will be doing his final shift. We will all miss him. He’s on from 7pm if you’d like to wish him well.

Helen is extremely talented with a simply beautiful voice. She has played at the Pond on numerous occasions and always performs a truly eclectic playlist of popular songs from the last 60 years.

We have a new display in the Dorchester Room. These lovely oil paintings are by David Moore, David is a teacher at Deansfield School and has been there for over 20 years. Pop in and have a look.
Our water issue has been resolved. It transpires it was an internal blocked pipe and fortunately our wonder plumber friend and regular Chris Evans, of Green Fox Associates, fixed the problem.

Work has started on repairing our water supply, no idea how long it will take but as things stand we cannot envisage being open lunchtime today.
Update on our water situation, although a Thames Water engineer has pinpointed the problem we are still waiting for a team to arrive (1630hrs). So we will not be able to open at 5pm. Hopefully later this evening or tomorrow lunchtime at worst.
We are unable to open today Thursday 20th June lunchtime as we have no water supply. Thames Water are on their way and hopefully we will be open this evening as usual.
We are delighted to announce that we have a wonderful live event at The Long Pond on Saturday 15th June
Martyn Lawrence and Georgia Lee will be performing together some of the best known and popular songs from the last 60 years.
Martyn is no stranger to The Pond having played here many times and is a founding member of our own "House Band" LP5.
Although it will be Georgia's debut for us she is no stranger to the live circuit.having performed at many London venues.
This will be an excellent and entertaining evening so please make a note in your diary.
The performance will start at 7.30pm.

We have a new art display in the Dorchester Room. Pond regular and Westmount Road resident Matthew Watson returns with his own original style. His sketches of local buildings are simply delightful. Please come and take a look.
For those of you lucky enough to catch James & Dom just before Christmas you'll glad to hear that they will be performing regularly throughout 2024 starting on Saturday 24th Feb at 7.30pm
If you haven't seen them yet then you are in for a real treat.
Two incredibly talented local young men, they put on a great show playing classic songs from the last 60 years.
