Cappa Docia, we tend to friendly refer to it as "cappa". Named after the breath taking region in Turkey full of beautiful caves and a famous hot air balloon site.

Cappa is a smooth well textured DDH (double dry hopped) pale ale that is bitter and sweet with notes of tropical fruit. It's super hazy, super smooth and super tasty.

Say hello to CHICHA SOUR - Maize Morada Sour (Purple Peruvian Corn Sour)

If we are lucky we have the opportunity to brew Chicha once a year, so we are excited to say our much loved and brewers all-time favourite experimental brew is back again.

We first experimented using Maize Morado (Peruvian Purple Corn) back in 2015 and have loved the flavours and aromas this unfamiliar ingredients (to most) brings to a brew. Chicha is totally unique, and a real treat, available in 440ml cans and a limited amount of 30L kegs.
