Myriad Martial Arts caters for all age ranges and teachers a traditional style of ITF Taekwon-Do.
We are currently based at Sutton House, Bishop Meadow Road, Loughborugh, with classes which run from 17.30 till 19.030 on a Thursday.

The confidence levels of these ladies was at its highest as we practised effective release techniques from grabs, while maintaining a sense of fun.
