We have had a fabulous response to the recently completed “Marrakesh” blanket. 😃
This is a Janie Crow pattern called Persian Tiles. It is a really popular pattern as there are a couple of colourway options. We also have the Eastern Jewels version in the shop .😊 We sell yarn packs for these blankets or you can choose your own colours.
Janie uses predominantly Stylecraft Special DK with some colour choices in Stylecraft Life DK.👏👏

We have so many talented customers with a huge range of talents; here are two of them…
Karen had a mixture of 4 ply cotton left over from a previous project so put two strands together to crochet this fabulous hat. The rim is reinforced/more flexible as she incorporated wire within her final stitches.😃👏👏
Tracey had a change of use for some Big Value Super Chunky; she whipped up this handy little bag in no time at all. 👏👏 The addition of lining helps the bag keep its shape, and we love the little bows.😍

The dress was crocheted using in the shades Vintage Peach, Mocha, Cream and Wisteria.

Sue is very pleased with her first hexagon cardigan - I’m sure it won’t be her last! We love her colour combination.😍
She used pattern 10051, Aurora DK and Subtle Drifter DK. These are the three most popular yarn brands in our shop.👍

The very talented Bev crocheted this beautiful little baby for a friend’s toddler.😍

The new bright/neon shades are a great addition to the already extensive colour range in the chunky.🌈
We love the mottled shades in the Huggable which has three FREE blanket patterns on the inside of the ball band. It only takes one ball to make the blanket in the photograph.👍👏👏

Jessica really has caught the crochet bug; as well as other tops for herself, she has crocheted cardigans for her family and for her church group. 👍👏🤗

I’m really pleased how this Snowdrop blanket turned out. It’s a mosaic crochet pattern by . It took me a while to complete, but the pattern was well written and easy to follow. I used the chart, but there are also written instructions.
The yarn is Special DK in the shades A Hint of Silver and Greengage.

This week we have had a family in who sailed round the coast from Kent, a family from Romania, a couple from Israel and this lady from Finland who now lives in Lowestoft. Her Grandson wanted a blanket with flags, so that’s what she crocheted him!🥰
She used special DK.

She used Stylecraft Chunky Merry Go Round which is a beautiful soft yarn to work with and comes in a range of vibrant and pastel shades.

The Chancellor’s were going to be a regular sock, but I was persuaded to write down my method for the trainer cuff so had to make another pair!😬

I had to start a second ball due to the Chancellor’s size 10 so there is enough now to knit him a “full size” pair. 🥰 All cast on and ready to go!
