Tip 04 is "don't get caught up on the completion date" which filters into Tip 05 "legal importance"! Conveyancing is a legal process and therefore there is a lot of legal importance around documents, certificates, title deeds and all that goes with buying or selling a property. This must be studied meticulously to ensure it is right. 🧐

So until this is done, a completion date cannot be set. And with a completion date, it adds pressure and stress to the situation, which should be a exciting one! So don't get caught up on the completion date until it suits all parties to complete! ⏰📆

Conveyancing Tips 02 and 03! 🏡

Start Early! If you know that you will be looking to buy a property, speak to your Mortgage Advisor early to get ahead with budgets and potential mortgage applications so that once your dream property appears, you will be ready! Similarly, if you are set to sell your property, speak to your solicitor early so they can begin to draft paperwork as early as possible to cut back on time! ⏰⏳

Tip 3 is relaying your needs to your solicitor! It is easy for a solicitor to better understand what level of service you expect if these needs are relayed! Such as some prefer to only be contacted when they need to be, others prefer to know exactly what is going on! So relay these needs!
