It happened overnight — one minute I was as lively and fresh as a daisy and the next, I felt like I’d been struck by a bus. Throughout the day, I drink at least 6-8 glasses of water and unsweetened herbal teas. Ensuring my body is well hydrated from the moment my feet touch the ground, I drink my first glass of water as soon as I wake up. If the menopause has taught me anything, it’s that positivity is essential. Instead of seeing ageing negatively, I consider it a privilege and I now strive to embrace every moment of this wonderful life that has been given to me. So yes, life is good with the right nutrition – it`s a choice!
For years I suffered from neck, right hand shoulder pain. Every morning I’d wake up with numbness in my fore finger and thumb.
