A very hot job done over the last couple of days in a loft! 🥵. Customer had an old back boiler removed after being condemned by another engineer and replaced with new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 1000. Also flushed the system with Adey MC3 cleaner and protected with Adey MC1 inhibitor. Then if that wasn’t enough we upgrade 6 radiators throughout the property for extra efficiency. It was a tough job but we got it done. We will be back to lag the pipework once the weather gets cooler. Another happy customer for all you plumbing and heating needs feel free to contract us.

Finished this one off today over in Milton Keynes. Customer went for a Mitsubishi Electric multi split system of 3 indoors and 1 outdoor with WiFi control. A nice Fujitsu single split air conditioning system installed into a loft conversion today in Harpenden. This allows the customer to have cooling through the summer and heating in the cold winters.

It’s not just the big jobs we do. A cracked kitchen sink replaced over in Bedford today. Worktop modified to suit new sink and utilised the existing tap to keep the cost down. Another happy customer

A nice job in Barton this week converted a ‘S plan’ system to a Vaillant storage combination boiler with 10 year manufactures warranty. The customer was told they couldn’t have a combination boiler by many heating engineers before. We suggested the storage combination boiler as it allows 20 litres of constant hot water per minute and the use of multiple outlets at one time. They are extremely happy and have even noticed an improvement in hot water pressure.

Nice Air Con installation completed in Bramingham this week. Customer went for single split system in the conservatory to supply heating and cooling. Also a multi split to serve the bedroom and hallway. The clients property is now summer ready ☀️❄️

Nice boiler change over the last couple of days in Barton. Client had a 10 year old Worcester which started to become faulty and was not cost effective to repair. We replaced it with a Ideal Logic Max, A rated appliance with 10 year warranty. The system was also cleaned using the Adey Magnacleanse to remove all old dirt and sludge to protect the new boiler. We also added the Ideal Halo wifi smart controller to allow for control at home and away from the home via the Ideal app.

A Samsung wall mounted air conditioning unit added to a loft conversion for heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. These units are becoming more affordable to install also A++ rated for energy use. Great for hot summer nights like today, your never have a sticky nights sleep again! Another en suite completed recently as well in Barton Hills for a good friend complete strip out and refit. Tiling completed by Richard Horwood who done a great job. Turned out looking great just the final touches to be done by the lady of the house but looks great!

Been busy over the past few week hence the lack of posts this was a wet room refurbishment for a client in a retirement home in Bedford. On a budget needed to update with a new frameless cubicle, taps and push button on the toilet she could operate easier. We completed all works from new floor to decoration. Transformed this wet room to a high standard and the client is over the moon with it!

Another job completed. A customer wanted to move their bathroom upstairs in preparation for a ground floor extension. New soils installed with hot and cold services to all sanitary ware and installation of full bathroom suite. Also radiator moved to accommodate the new lay out. This turned out very well and looks fantastic, now they can enjoy their new bathroom and prepare for the building works!

Latest job completed! Customer had a faulty whirlpool bath which made it unusable and needed replacing. Was a tricky job not to break any tiles whilst removing and installing the new bath, but managed it perfectly! One happy customer who can start enjoying a soak! 🛀
