Caramel Frappuccino Blend. all depends on the starting point you have. Most of the time clients think that because they have not had any colour done for the past year, their past dye has faded , this is only if if you had semi or temporary colour , but if you had permanent colours it will grow out but will still stay at the ends until you have it chopped off. So starting point is the main part . ❤️
