Another one. Bottom layer rum cake and the top vanilla sponge cake.

One of the cakes I made but haven’t been able to post. God is faithful ♥️.

Where do I start? This cake was created during a very big challenge I was facing. The very fact I could make it, is all down to God. The lady this cake was for is very special to me and she said “Aunty Stella, please family comes first, I’ll find someone else to do it and I said no I’ll do it, God will make a way and he did. Congratulations to my girl. Im so proud and happy for her. I thank God for making it possible ♥️

When you get a desperate message at 7am in the morning asking if they can order a 2 tier cake for 4 pm pick up because the person who baked their cake dropped it leaving them without a cake for the party that evening. As God would have it, I had baked cakes for next week orders that were in the freezer. The rest they say is history. I couldn’t do the design they wanted at such short notice so I asked them to trust me to come up with something nice and they like it. 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

When this order came in, I already told myself I couldn’t do it as I had another order for the same day to be delivered to High Wycombe and this one needed to be in London. My husband and sister in law encouraged me and told me I could it. I prayed and lo and behold, I did it. This one’s vanilla sponge and chocolate flavour.
