Our morning classes are as follows:
Monday 6:30am & 7:30am
Tuesday 6:30am & Open gym at 7:30am
Wednesday 6:30am & 7:30am
Friday 6:30am & Open gym at 7:30am
Open gym is a chance for you to come to the gym and use the space for your own personal workouts. There is an instructor on site during open gym.

Our classes at The Unit are small with only 6 participants per class. This allows us to ensure you are working with correct technique as we support and motivate you through your workout.

Bring Your Baby Sessions are Monday and Tuesday at 9am/10am/11am βΊοΈ
The class is a chance for mamas to get into fitness/back into fitness post baby. They are strength and cardio classes ran and instructed by - a qualified pre and post natal trainer.
It's also a great chance for a chat with other mums! Secretly, we all come for the social!

These classes are going to be all about getting our SWEAT on! If we are gonna get up at 6:30am let's make it worth it, hey?
All abilities are welcome. Even if you've never picked a kettle bell up in your life, I promise you, by the end of your first session you will be a pro!

The bad news is that you have to wait until March 7/8 before you can go on the assault bike again. Shameeee. I know you are all missing it!
