The Team at Coast Pilates started making videos and posting it on the Studio website in response to demand from our loyal membership during the Covid-19 crisis, to enable its regular clients to continue to follow a structured Pilates routine from the comfort of their own homes.
The Coast teachers rose to the challenge making video classes in their living rooms using basic equipment.
Coast Pilates now offers Pilates to anyone, anywhere, and time these video classes on a subscription basis, through the dedicated website Coast Pilates Online.
