Suspended floor replacement now complete, previous owner blocked up all the air bricks, big mistake!
Air bricks allow for subfloor ventilation which is vital of air flow to your subfloor area which prevents rot and wood worm.
We see this many times, dont block up your air bricks.

Thanks to our pre-work subfloor inspection work which we carry out as standard we found that our clients suspended floor was completely rotten and needed replacing before they had a new kitchen installed.

Now complete this conservatory has been rebuilt, we have had a cosy roof structure installed which is more thermally efficient allowing for the exterior doors to be removed opened up the whole property, new kitchen installed and new stylish flooring throughout.
