Today, on Tuckers Team Tuesday we are introducing our newest team member, mortgage adviser, Olesya Vintila Mortgage and Protection adviser.
Olesya is originally from Russia and after graduating in language studies she decided to come to the UK to practice her spoken English. It was here that she met her husband and made the decision to relocate permanently.
In 2010 she joined HSBC and studied towards her mortgage advisor qualification .
She loves her job and finds so much satisfaction in helping clients achieve their dream of owning a home. With her background in languages she's been able to assist many European families in navigating the UK property market and purchasing their first home.
She also ensures that her clients' most important assets are protected by arranging life cover and income protection. This ensures that they can stay in their new home even in the event of an untimely death or illness.
When not working, you can find Olesya busy chauffeuring her two boys to their various activities such as school, tennis, and football clubs. And in her free time she loves spending it with her plants and creating handmade soaps.

Adam Hair has over 23 years experience in Financial Services starting with the Abbey in 2001., He joined James Tuckers' Lyn Financial Services as an Independent Financial Adviser in 2013.

From here, he has grown (for those that know him, we hope he doesn’t grow anymore physically, as he’s 6' 7") with Tuckers Legal & Financial Services. Adam runs our Barnstaple office and provides a wide range of financial and legal services from here.
Adam is highly committed to the business, but on the occasions when he is not working, he enjoys time with his family, surfing and being involved with his faith.
