We are thrilled to announce that planning has been approved for Zub-Architecture designed brand new, stunning detached house in Fylde’s beautiful countryside!

The scheme features beautiful imported reclaimed dark grey brick, which will be used to create some interesting infill patters.
Test samples have already been built on site, helping to visualise the final effect.

The construction phase is due to commence this week! We'll be sharing updates along the way, so be sure to follow

Things are taking shape at our countryside site on the outskirts of St Anne’s.
Phase1 - large car collectors garage and luxury timber frame B&B are near completion. The phase 2 contemporary dwelling replacement to follow soon.
It can be challenging to get planning permission granted for a new dwelling within an open countryside - however planning rules are a lot more relaxed when it comes to holiday accommodation.
