Off we go with the piling works at one of our projects. These concrete filled steel tubes will be driven 10 meters into the ground making the house literally sit on stilts. Cheers to our pals over at h&h piling

Works begin today turning this property into something very special.We love a big tricky job and this is certainly one of those including a number of extensions, piled foundations, massive structural works,full new timber and tiled roof, full internal fit out to premium finish, render, external tiling,new windows, doors, electrics, plumbing ,underfloor heating the list goes on. This will be carried out over 6 months so let's hope for a lovely spring and summer.First up asbestos removal 🤺. Keep checking in for progress 🏠🏠

Good progress already on this rascal

Another great week on site on one of our projects. Structural steels fitted, brickwork completed, full house scaffold up,a tricky roof with some specific structural requirements. Our Roofers have started and by end the day we will have a waterproof shell .Great work by the crew and our pals over at the forge of Lytham, Dan Giles, premier Scaffold and shs roofing 👍

This job is flying 🪽 We started demolition on this job on January 29th and we now have the main structure done and ready for internal works in just 20 Working days!!

Full damp uninsulated lower ground floor dig out new damp proof insulated slab to go in

A perfect parapet roof extension 👍🧱. Love these bricks look great especially with the feature stone

On we battle with the great British weather..stone work going in on this lovely extension which will have a parapet roof detail finish. Roof started and awaiting it's warm roof construction . On we go 🏠
