I want to share a personal story with you. In my mid-20s, I found myself standing on the edge, contemplating su***de. Growing up in the Catholic Church, I was taught that taking my own life was a selfish act that would condemn me to eternal damnation, separating me from my loved ones forever. This fear kept me from reaching out for the help I so desperately needed.
But through my journey of fitness, self-care, and self-respect, I discovered a way to cope and heal. It's absolutely crucial for us as men to come together, unite, and support one another in our community. We don't always have the strength to overcome our struggles alone, but by being there for each other, we can make a profound difference.
I am thrilled to announce the upcoming Men Only Talk group, where we can openly and honestly discuss our challenges, share our stories, and provide support to one another. It's a safe space where we can break the stigma surrounding men's mental health and create a supportive brotherhood.
