We understand how intimidating it may be trying a combat sport for the first time, especially around a bunch of men.

We encourage everybody to try BJJ, which is why we’re now offering a ladies only class!

Why hasn’t your 4 year old started training yet? iPads don’t teach discipline, respect and the beautiful art of fighting. We play some pretty fun games too. DM for a spot in our Cobras or Dragons class. Ages 4-7.

COMING TO VOODOO RECHARGE - MACCLESFIELD.

Vale Tudo is Portuguese and translates to ‘everything goes / everything allowed’.
This full contact sport also known as ‘no holds barred’ fighting is now used to refer to an early, more rules-free stage of the modern sport of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts).
It is the fundamental techniques of this that we will be looking at.
Basic experience in Grappling or Kickboxing is adviced but not necessary.
This course will show simple striking, defending strikes with and without the added consideration on clinch and grappling. Striking on the ground to achieve an overall strategy. How to clinch while considering strikes, dirty boxing. Using striking in a takedown strategy. How to ‘ground and pound’ effectively and as much as we can fit in.

Hi everyone.
We’re starting kids classes at our gym for ages 4-7, 8-11 and 12-15

Classes will start 14/04/24.

We’ll be teaching Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

£28 per month for your chosen martial art (2 classes per week, or £40 for both (4 classes per week)

Our Cobra classes (ages 4-7) will be a mix of both kickboxing and BJJ.

Timetable is:

Cobra classes
Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 4pm. 2 classes per week.

Junior kickboxing (8-11)
Mondays and Wednesdays at 4pm

Cadet Kickboxing (12-15)
Sundays and Thursdays at 5pm

Junior BJJ (8-11)
Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm

Cadet BJJ (12-15)
Tuesdays and Fridays at 5pm

Cobra classes are 45 minutes. Older classes are 1 hour.
