Meet the team Monday!

Chef Jamie has worked within Hydes for the past 11 years in a variety of roles. He recently returned to Alfreds and is loving working here again! His favourite part of the job is working with a fantastic team.

Jamie’s favourite dish to make (and eat!) is our tasty All Day Brunch 🍳🥓

We are delighted to be launching Anvil Best, a traditional best bitter created to honour 100 years of our historic Anvil Brand! 🍺

Anvil Best has a bold, hop-forward palate with an earthy and herbal character, and biscuit and caramel flavours. It was first produced in 1924, in recognition of being an important part of the city of Manchester.

This classic ale will be available at Alfreds throughout July and August, so make sure to join us soon for a delicious nostalgic pint!
