We enjoyed a very interesting tour of Paradise Mill & the Silk Museum (Macclesfield Museums), who own the largest known collection of Jacquard silk handlooms in their original setting & are conveniently located right on our doorstep.
They’re devoted to early-20th-century silk weaving and feature looms & other items.

Delighted to lean that the Of Britain 2021 includes Rainow. Route starts at Alderley Park, through the Cheshire Plains and climbs into Cheshire’s Peak District through Rainow past End Holiday Cottages front door. We expect to welcome the Tour into Rainow between 1.00pm and 2.00pm on Thursday, 9th September 2021. of Britain 2021
