That's a wrap!
Last long run of my rather short training schedule before the .
And what a morning it was, blue skies and sunshine with a crisp air made for perfect running conditions almost made me forget about my tired legs, almost!!

Country roads and woodland paths for this mornings 20 miler. Overshot slightly and finished on 20.6. I'm afraid that almost undeniable urge that every runner seems to have to round up to the next full mile was indeed denied by the quite extensive ni**le chafing 🙈🙈
Oh the pain, the pain!!

Social media, along with the running, has been somewhat neglected this past couple of months, but with Dublin marathon less than 60 days away mild panic has set in!!
Time to get the training started 🙈

Oh my goodness, London certainly did not disappoint!
Well done to all who toed the line yesterday, especially to all our local runners who achieved some awe inspiring times.
On the subject of awe inspiring, what about the ladies elite race. If ever there was an advert for the phrase "never give up, dreams can come true" then that race surely was it!

The Flipbelt botte has had a makeover with the biggest difference being a lockable bottle top, unfortunately this means a price increase😕
We do however, have one original 6 oz bottle left at £8.00 and one original 11 oz bottle left at £12.00. These aren't online so call in, send a message or give us a call to reserve.

Thank you all so much for the kind messages, it was much appreciated. I'm happy to say things have stabilised somewhat and we are back to our normal opening hours this week.
