The aim of this Hub is to provide best practice education and coaching in "physical performance" for the benefit of both the General Public and Sports participants.
The ethos of the Hub is to make information and services accessible and beneficial to anyone who is interested.
The HUB will run free educational workshops (charity donations encouraged) and coaching sessions at Meadowbank Sports Arena, in Magherafelt. So keep checking this page for upcoming events and Free training sessions.
There has been a growing awareness and demand for best practice and highly qualified coaching across a broad spectrum of areas relating to Physical performance and Health & Fitness.
Priorities such as enhancing the quality of life from middle age on. Preventative medicine for dementia, osteoporosis, heart disease and diabetes. Building robust immune systems to fight against disease, Illness and chronic pain.
Accessible fitness for neuro diverse champions.
Strength & Conditioning for Females to reduce serious injuries and enhance performance. Youth athletic development to help reach potential. Team training that reduces injuries and increases performance. Protecting amatuer players from unnecessary injuries.
It is this Hub's aim to empower many with the correct knowledge, so that you can make informed decisions on your own physical health or your sports performance training.
The education classes are delivered in simple language and our training sessions are organised around your ability.
For the last 20yrs, I've experienced a lot in the area of sports performance coaching. Academically I've graduated with a Masters & Degree qualifications, a UEFA Coaching licence, along with numerous professionally certified courses. I've been lucky to have been involved with successful athletes and teams. And can proudly say that I was the first S&C coach to a good few talented players.
But it's the invaluable knowledge through helping people with their everyday physical performance needs, that has led me to recognise the crossover benefits from sport performance to general health. Using similar skills and practices that helped professional footballers and GAA All-stars to now enhance the lives of people, is what this Hub is about.
