All featured on the schedule with multiple qualifiers for the World Championships and two podium finishes.
CrossFit provides the perfect fitness base for HYROX competitors and CrossFit athletes have consistently excelled at HYROX competitions since they launched.

The power of CrossFit

Never underestimate the power of consistency. I found almost 17 years ago and I absolutely believe it changed the course of my life.
The differences in my body are obvious. I’m feeling healthy and strong and ready to take on the next half century soon.
Even better than the physical changes, I can actually see the confidence I hold in my frame now. I feel capable, valuable, and sometimes even powerful.

Evening everyone 👋🏼
I hope you have all had a great weekend. Here are your sessions for the week.
Monday - Skill/strength focus. Working through strict ring muscle ups with plenty of scaling options. This leads us into an AMRAP of Strict ring muscle up, ring dips, sit ups and double unders. Plenty of scaling options all round.
Tuesday - Starting off with heavy double hang cleans building to a heavy double for the day. Finishing with an ascending into descending ladder of front squats and burpee over bar.
Wednesday - A task workout of farmers carry, box jumps and strict handstand push ups. Again - plenty of scaling options on the strict handstand push ups and plenty of time to practice to see what appropriate scaling option (if needed) is best for you.
Thursday - Heavy day! Building to a heavy 3 overhead squat.
Friday - Our interval day. Double kettlebell front rack box step overs, rope climbs into max calories on the rower. An opportunity to work on rope climbs for those who struggle with the skill.
Saturday - Team WOD! Teams of 3 working through 3 parts. First part each member establishes a max clean for load. This then leads into an AMRAP of synchro wall balls, synchro wall walks and synchro burpee over bar whilst also working through max distance row.
Sunday - Hero workout 'DT'. 5 rounds of deadlifts, hang power cleans and shoulder to over head. Compare your scores to W/C 13/06/2022. Finishing the session with some parallette L-Sit holds.
Weightlifting - Continuing with our EMOM work leading into the final weeks of our current cycle. Cleans with jerks from rack on Tuesday, Sn**ch and Back squat on Thursday, max hang sn**ch and max jerk from rack on Saturday.
