Hello lovey people. Apologies we’ve been a bit quiet. We had every intention to open up during the summer school holidays but between juggling our full time jobs, and the bookings with our events The Italian Hogfathers, a small stint in covid isolation & a mini city break we’ve ran out of time. The good news is we will be at the Holyport War Memorial Hall for the Holyport playground festival on Sunday 5th September from 2-5. We look forward to seeing you all there. 👌

Fantastic day for a corporate ice cream treat for the workers at John Crane in Slough.
After many requests, we have decided to offer a Bank Holiday Monday treat. We will be open from 2-4pm (📍38 Stompits Rd, Holyport)

Here’s a super easy Biscoff ice-cream recipe that you can make at home.
Ingredients:
Ice Cream
* 600 ml Double Cream
* 397 g Condensed Milk (one tin)
* 275 g Biscoff Spread
Extras (for on top)
* 125 g Biscoff Spread
* 125 g Biscoff Biscuits
Instructions:
For the Ice Cream Mix
* Add your Double Cream, Condensed Milk and Biscoff Spread to a large bowl.
* Whisk on a low-medium speed until the ingredients are smooth and even.
* Turn the whisk up a bit higher and whisk till the mixture is starting to thicken and is lovely and smooth. It'll only take 1-2 minutes. It doesn't need to be extremely thick, it just needs to be smooth and starting to thicken.
* fold the ingredients together.
For Assembly
* Melt your 125g Biscoff Spread till smooth - this takes 20-30 seconds in the microwave. Also crush your biscuits to chunks!
* Add 1/3 of your Ice Cream mix to your tin/tub and swirl through 1/3 of the melted spread and biscuits.
* Repeat another 2 times until all the ingredients are used up.
* Put the tub/tin your freezer until frozen and firm and enjoy! 😃
