And so we welcome another month, July.

This month my baby boy turns 11 and finishes primary school for ever and my middle baby goes on his 1st lads holiday 😳 . Time flies by so quickly.
We are also lucky enough to be going to France for a week.

I'm thankful for things that have happened in June and the lessons I've learnt and grateful to have July to look forward to.

I've been watching so many people on the beaches trying to take the perfect selfie over and over.

I wonder if they're so busy posing they aren't enjoying the beautiful surroundings in front of them?

Maybe I'm sour as I'm completely unphotogenic, unlike my husband! So annoying😂

So I thought if you cant beat them, join them. So here is my selfie with my gorgeous husband. I'm not at all happy with how I look, but screw it, this is me! 😊

First time snorkelling and I absolutely loved how peaceful the world is under water. 🐟❤

My clients always tell me how deeply relaxed they feel after a treatment.

Despite having 2 weeks off over the Easter holidays, I've been absolutely shattered this week.
Feeling very grateful that it's a long weekend and determined to get the right balance of fun, family and relaxation.

Its important we use our down time to recharge our batteries. Not something I'm very good at I'm afraid.
