Is there a limit to Overthinking and when would a leader know to wrap up their thinking and make a decision?

You won't understand the meaning behind this picture straight away but after reading the details below:

It turns out that the cat has seen a snake's tail sticking out of a small hole and the cat thought that it was a rat's tail, so he wanted to pull it and tease it until it came out.

In today's fast & busy life, what we see is only a tiny fraction of the truth.Remember this picture: You can't see the whole picture. If you could see the whole picture, you would understand that what we think of small, is actually much bigger than us.

So let's not rush into making our decisions :)
