1200 x 600mm light grey porcelain patio with bullnosed steps and LED lighting.

Working for J&W Construction Kent Ltd on this one.

I made a mistake 🤦🏻‍♂️😩 in cutting one of the bullnosed steps to short!
So have got a week’s wait before I can go back to finish the step (as we’ve had to send another slab off to get bullnosed) and install the LED Strips. Thank you for the work Wayne Heather pleasure as always 🤝

This job was a difficult one due to everything having to come up stairs.
The garden was falling away as it was being retained with concrete fence posts and gravel boards.

Footings had to be poured in stages to stop the ground caving in.

Absolute monster of a 9” hollow wall.

Still got coping’s and rendering to be done and need to piece abit of decking back in, Which we will get done in the next week or so.

Will post more pictures once it’s complete.

Look at all the extra space it’s created for the client just in time for summer. 😎

Patio completed in Ditton.
We was restricted with the slabs as customer already had them and wanted a pattern, this is what we managed to produce for them.

Not been on socials much as I’ve been fighting the weather, half term and had a family matter to deal with. (Only human after all)

Here’s a job we completed couple weeks back in Ditton.

Decking
2 x brick planters
And a new front lawn.

Literally rained everyday we were there but we got there eventually 💪🏻

Not a bad day considering the weather suited a 🦆

So after 3 different batches, snow, rain and losing the will to live it’s finally done.
Only 3 weeks after it was meant to be originally completed but it is what it is.

Ad-A-Brick Building Services think I’ll pass on the next one mate 🤣

Got this one dug out and stone in on Monday.
Going back next week to lay slabs. When the weather warms up hopefully. 🤞🏻

This job is cursed 🙄🥶 hopefully the new boards will all be the same colour/batch.
Just need the weather to behave itself now 🤔

This one not a fancy patio or decking. But the work going on here is required as the garden to the right is collapsing.

whoever built it original thought 4” concrete posts and gravel board would retain 6ft of garden. With the house 6m back from that 🤦🏻‍♂️

Retainer wall to be built in the space, with rebar set into footing and massed filled with concrete.
Garage wall to left to be black jacked to prevent damp. Inside of garage already tanked.

Difficult job this one but it’ll a fall into place.

I’ve been doing work for this family on their property in teston, on and off for last 3 years.

So close to finishing this patio in Maidstone today.
Got to pop back and sort the gate out and trim the slabs along fence lines ready for some decorative stone.

Other than that this one is ready for the summer bbq parties.

Progress on the decking job for Ad-A-Brick Building Services.

Unfortunately the supplier has sent out 2 different batches of the composite decking so couldn’t get it finished yesterday.
Slight variation in colours which you can see in the second photo.

Waiting for a rep to take a look and we can get back there to finish it up hopefully middle of next week🤞🏻

Back to Shepway for me Monday to get that one over the finish line now it’s warming up again.
