The dreaded Christmas lergy. Had 3 cancel for this week if anyone wants a last minute appointment I have 2 available Tuesday 12 December in the afternoon and one 14th December for the afternoon. All available to book online or give me a call

Had two clients reschedule their appointments for tomorrow so if anyone wanted a last minute appointment DM me times available are 10.10 and 12.10.

The foot peeling masks that I sell in the clinic and online have been doing really well this January... If you haven't got time or the mobility to rid yourself of hardskin these socks/boots can really give you a head start.

Dry rough cracked heels. Is actually a problem for many people the file I sell in clinic is really effective at reducing the callous. With a brush off and clean the file stays rough ready to tackle the most calloused heels.

😩The dreaded price increase. 😩
I got a huge shock last week at my re stock and with everything just going crazy I made the decision to make a small price increase.

Thankyou so much for all understanding, and staying with me through all the crazy. I appreciate every single one of you... 😘😍

So from next week I will have 3 Urgent appointment slots for after I have finished work. These can be booked on the Monday morning of that week.
These will be charged at £45.
They will be
Monday evening 7.10pm
Tuesday afternoon 2.10
Thursday afternoon 2.10

I get so many calls each week about emergency appointments so I thought I would add them in but these are expensive.

Ok. Rather rubbish news I'm now positive..because I showed mild symptoms cough and generally unwell (coulda been stress 🤣) I tested yesterday and this morning has been returned positive. This now means my quarantine now finishes on the 3rd August. Rather than have the last few days of summer holidays off which I had booked off I'm going to open up but this will be the 1st week in September..clients that will have had to be cancelled I will offer this week to. I have nothing before this as I do hopefully have a holiday I'll be able to go on. Fingers crossed tho.

Unfortunately my little boy has got covid confirmed today. I have to isolate until the 29th July. Please if any of you have appointments next week I really haven't got space to squeeze in extra days as it's summer holidays and even more so than before any spare days will be making up for the fact we are travelling home from holiday a week earlier than we should be. Stan isn't very well but hopefully he will bounce back.

I can't believe I'm writing this. I'm having to create a new policy for people that just don't show up or cancel on the day...From now on anyone that books with me will have to make a booking deposit. I currently have 12 people on my waiting list that could fill these spots within 24 hours.
Everyone that has a mobile number stored with me also gets a reminder text on the day of their appointment. I just don't know what more I can do.

So a suprise reconstruction today. Always nice to make a client happy a nail was coming off and they were so gutted they couldn't paint it..I said I could build you a new one.
Really happy with how this turned out..

Toenail transformation Day! Very difficult when the nail is at an angle..but this lady hadn't worn sandles For years and walked out with a spring in her step ready to paint🎨

It has come to my attention all my regulars are unable to book a reoccurring slot, as I'm currently 7 weeks full to the top. 🥰
I have now made the decision you cannot book anymore than 6 weeks in advance on the website. This will allow my regulars to always have a 6 week appointment if they wish to book.

Good evening everyone. Right I need to write this on Facebook and insta, as I've mentioned it to some and forgotten to mention to others. From the 1st June my prices are increasing as follows for my regulars, new clients from now will have the new prices.

I hate doing price increases but in 12 years I've only done 3 I don't think that's too bad.

Well in 12 years I haven't seen many horned nails...it's amazing what I get excited about 😂
This lady nearly cancelled on the day because she would rather be in pain then have someone see her toenails...I'm so glad she didn't we chatted talked had a lovely time and I left with her feeling comfortable and happy..I do love me job..

Never get tired of seeing my place of work...so grateful and incredibly lucky...

Can't wait to see all my clients today.
