Gorgeous nights at Battle Hall . Another beautiful evening with a wonderful family celebrating a very special man. Beautiful 3 course plated meal. Oh the Burrata, the cod with butter tomatoes is a new favourite dish.

Who doesn’t want to cater at a castle!!!!! What an epic weekend for a very fabulous lady, organised by her very fabulous friend!!! What a set-up hey!!! Made the car crash completely worth it, albeit my nerves were a little shaken, there is nothing more relaxing than cooking for me…a beautiful, delicious feast for an incredible group who sparkled in sequins at every moment - if there was an event meant for me, this was it!!! I left feeling very blessed. As much as I love the big events, weddings and corporate fabulousness we cater for, I will always love cooking for incredible people for intimate occasions and even better at INCREDIBLE venues. would not disappoint! Happy marriage to Kitty and my goodness Antonia your just every god damm sparkle!!!

Dish of the month … Burrata with marinated cherries, pink pepper corns, ginger and garlic, beautiful, basil, basil oil, radicchio, hazelnuts…add some crusty sourdough and your in heaven.

An absolutely incredible few days at the stunning for . An elegant dining experience in the lavender fields fit for Provence, a five course menu created by by our wonderful team at FF. An incredible event organised by with our wonderful suppliers stunning floristary and a very hard working team. Thank you so much all. A zillion steps walked through the lavender fields but no better place to walk with the hues of lavender, delicious food and the humming of the bees.🐝 ✨🪻🌸. My dad loved Boursin and it minds me so much of my childhood and summers in France ❤️.

Courgette Salad - Sitting on a bed of whipped confit garlic, feta and labneh, roasted courgettes, asparagus, rocket, green beans, garlic fonds, toasted garlic and anchovy breadcrumbs with courgette flowers and nasturtium flower. Drizzle in the best extra virgin olive oil….💥
