WINE TASTING: We're super excited to be hosting our first Wine Tasting event here at Faun.

Join us on Thursday 17th October to try our new carefully curated selection of wines, focusing on natural, organic, and biodynamic. Each with their own story and unique characteristics.

You'll learn about the regions, grape varieties, and wine-making processes behind each wine. You'll also have the chance to share your thoughts, ask questions, and compare notes with others.

FEELING PROUD: We work so hard to support local in all that we do. Therefore to be selected as a Finalist for the Taste of Worcestershire Award means so much.

Everything we serve is handcrafted from scratch by our talented team of bakers, chefs and baristas. For example, our bacon sandwich is created using bacon from locally reared pigs, cured in-house by our chefs, and served with our house-made bacon fat butter and tomato and brown sauce, placed neatly within our freshly-baked Sourdough, using organic flour from our local mill.

We use the finest in seasonal and local produce to deliver our all-day Brunch and Lunch menu, weekly Supper Nights, and to create the sourdoughs, cakes and pastries that fill our bakery every morning.

Ingredients are sourced from local suppliers wherever possible supporting many local businesses. Including , , , , , , , , , and .

Our team are made up of over 50 people from the local community, providing the first foray into work for so many of the next generation.

Never did we think we'd be in a position to be open seven days a week, along with our two Simple Supper nights. Not to mention the development of our second site at the Morgan Experience Centre.

It's been one hell of a journey so far and we are so proud of where we've got to. Our incredible team have supported us every step of the way, through the highs and the lows, and this recognition is testament to them all for helping us get to where we are today.

We now await the visit from the judges, with the winner revealed next March...

SUMMER SESSIONS: We're making the most of the beautiful strawberries we have each day from , grown just over the hill on the outskirts of Ledbury.
