Christmas, believe it or not, is fast approaching and we thought you should know the details that we have planned for you ☃️
Here you can find our opening hours for across the festive season and a first look at our December Christmas Fayre Menu which starts serving on 22 November and is served up until Christmas Eve (with a set menu for Christmas Day and Boxing Day) ❄️
Our gift vouchers are also available to purchase in person at our pub or online 🎁

This week’s Dog of the Week is 10 year old Welsh Springer Spaniel Ianto! His intriguing name and his lovely smile grabbed our attention as he walked through our door and he was delighted with the Dog of the Week treats that he received from Double Trouble Natural Dog Treats 🦴 Come back next Monday to see who the next Dog of the Week will be 😃

This week’s Dog of the Week is nearly-2 year old Samoyed Kairos. He’s thoroughly enjoyed our Monthly Dog Walk on Saturday and led the pack for the whole walk! His amazing coat and charming face grabbed the attention of our staff instantly.

Thank you so much to everyone who came to our monthly dog walk yesterday. It was amazing to see such a great turnout! It feels twice as nice to know we’re continuing to raise money for Guide Dogs UK. Our next Dog Walk is on Saturday 28th September, so mark your calendars! 📆 🐕😃

🍊NEW TO THE BAR🍊
We love the Fever Tree range at The Plough. With our newest addition, we now have 6 Fever Tree mixers to choose from. Whether you’re looking to spice up your G+T or to just to try something new, this fruity and floral soda is the one for you!

This mixer is crafted by blending spring water with notes of orange blossom from Morocco and Scottish raspberries. Perfectly paired with Malvern Pink Gin! 🍊🌸

It’s National Dog Day today! Which means it’s the perfect day to announce this week’s Dogs of the Week. Meet Rupert (left) and Betty (right). Rupert is a 9 year old West Highland Terrier and Betty is a 3 year old Cocker Spaniel. These gorgeous pups loved their first outing on our Monthly Dog Walk and can’t wait for the next one this Saturday.

Well…two dogs… This week’s dog of the week had to be shared between these adorable puppies. Meet Pippa and Wren, 5 week old miniature dachshunds who are brother and sister. This delightful pair immediately grabbed our team’s attention as soon as they walked through the door.

It’s the weekend! So why not treat yourself to a pint of Boltmaker, brewed by Timothy Taylor. This ale is up there with our most popular and most requested ales that we serve. At 4% ABV, this Yorkshire bitter has won many awards for its maltiness and hoppy aroma. So it’s a certified good choice for any beer lover!

NEW ON DRAFT…
We now have ‘Leffe Blonde’ on draft at The Plough! A malty Belgian beer with a unique bitterness to it. At 6.6% vol, this beer has notes of vanilla and clove and is known to complement savoury foods such as cheese, scallops and sweet dishes such as crème brûlée. We can’t wait for our customers to enjoy Leffe Blonde on draft! 🇧🇪

This week’s dog of the week is 8 year old golden retriever Harvey, who’s also a therapy dog! Our team couldn’t resist a cuddle!
