Every now and then it’s nice to go back and complete a celebration cake. Really enjoyed creating This cake for my mother and farther in law. 60 years married today. They never had a proper wedding day. Only having two witnesses to get married and a Chinese afterwards meal at a local restaurant afterwards. So I made this cake a little more wedding themed. Can’t be with them fully with lock down and I’m sure this cake will be sliced and passed round family (safely of course). When this is all over I’m sure we will celebrate in style.
