Today is a bittersweet day, as it would have been Jeremy's 89th Birthday. Of course, he was taken from us far too soon, but what a legacy he has left. His talent, kindness, generosity and humour continue to entertain and enthrall us all in what can be a dark, difficult world at times. But more than that, he is an inspiration. For all his troubles and hardships he endured, he remained all of the good things he was, giving us, his fans, everything he could and is an inspiration for everyone who suffers as he did. It would be easy to be mournful and sad today, but we're choosing to be happy and celebratory for a life that has provided lots of people so many good and wonderful moments in their life.

We can never thank him enough, though our show is, in many ways, an audio letter of gratitude to him to thank him for all he has given us over the years. Wherever you are Jeremy, we love you and continue to admire you as an artist and as a person.
