Computer Technician

Diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop with both software and hardware faults.

Stripping down laptops or PCs and rebuilding their systems.

Repairing motherboards and upgrading firmware.

Software and system repairs including installations, upgrades and virus cleaning.

You will be responsible for ordering and stocking of computer parts.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and by phone.

Checking, sorting, and cosmetically grading computer systems / laptops and components during the receiving process

dust extraction, identifying internal damage, removal of labels, cosmetic grading, and refurbishing the external casing of major brand IT equipment at our standards so our products are refurbished to the highest quality.

QC and clean internally and externally a wide variety of IT hardware including Laptops, PC’s, servers, and workstations

Refurbishing the cosmetic aspect of machines with precision using various methods such as vinyl wrap and touch up paint

Keeping an organized, tidy, and efficient working area to maximize production and minimize downtime

Working in accordance with schedules and priorities

Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance

Assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventative actions to ensure the quality of products

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £17,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
