IN MY OPINION. The best shift in my training was following a structured work out plan.
-increase motivation. Something new, new things to work towards, new goals to keep you going💪🏼
-priorities rest days. Rest and recovery is important for your growth. Or bodies must rest & resting is ok😴
-goal setting. Spot weaknesses and set new goals to work towards. Advance and progress as we move through the workout plan🥅
-and finally. CONSISTENCY IS KEY🔑 you will here this all the time from me consistency brings results🫶🏻
The things I believe no one should feel guilty for. If you have been training hard & you feel like it’s sometime for some rest. Then allow for it & do not feel guilty about it.
-remember train hard recover hard💪🏼
-listen to your body. If you are feeling run down don’t be afraid to listen to your body and relax for a while. Keep your body moving without demanding you to exceed your limits. You’ve hit in the hard work. Listen to your body when it says rest✨
-DO NOT FEEL BAD TO SAY I just don’t have the same motivation all the time. You are never going to be fully motivated it comes and goes, the main things is staying consistent. Not relying on your motivation as time moves, emotions change, don’t feel bad about it we aren’t all motivated 100% of the time🫶🏻
-whilst training hard and moving your body, don’t let it stop you from making memories. Find balance with the things you enjoy and exercise! You don’t have to be all or nothing, you have to be consistent🦋

✅you need to be realistic with yourself. Your schedule lifestyle. What you can do and what you can’t. Embrace being a beginner, learning developing, and achieving the things you’ve always dreamt of! This is so much more rewarding then anything🫶🏻

✅build healthy habits that will help you maintain your results forever and keep this consistently in your lifestyle. Focus on consistency, this is key
❌restrict and completely remove things from your diet.
✅you do not need to completely restrict yourself, you can still maintain a healthy life through balance and flexibility. I know talking from experience this has always helped me with training and allowed me to enjoy it for the right reasons. Exercising because I want to, because I enjoy it, having the energy for it, and feeling motivated for it. There has been so many benefits for my training since I stopped restricting my diet. So now this is why I promote it so much🫶🏻
