My name is Stephen TailbyI also go by manc man
I have a very unique story that starts off in the rough areas of Manchester. I have made the conscious decision to detach myself from my past to allow for a greater future. I have gone through things that most people would describe as unspeakable and life-changing. From a very young age, I was always fascinated with the wrong lifestyle and so naturally I was put into very rough circumstances due to my own choices.
For a few years now I have made huge steps in the right direction by leaving my past and surrounding myself with great people and good lifestyle choices. I am very grateful that I now have a very active lifestyle and my main focus is helping others achieve their goals.
The industry and lifestyle has changed my outlook on life and I like to share that with others interested in living a more active lifestyle.
I am a very driven individual who is focused on building my brand to live a better lifestyle and helping others evolve into a better version of themselves. I am a dedicated person who others can count on and willing to do what it takes to create and reach goals. No matter what your background or story we can all agree that a better life is what we are working for, so by focusing on our nutrition and physical activity we can allow our incredible bodies to work with us and not against us.
Through studying and training, I now have a great understanding of the human body and nutrition and the key role it plays in having a healthy physique. I train with people from all types of backgrounds and have got the pleasure of knowing I make a difference in many people’s lives. I myself went from having a very depressed vision on life to being confident and happy about the person I look at in the mirror and I want to share that with others.
