July has been a busy month here at Sherbet.
From a month of Afternoon Teas to Cheesecake every Friday, has also been making cake after cake.
Specifically BIRTHDAY cake.
This one was immense.
Specially ordered, we were told to just go for it and this is the result.
Funfetti Ice-cream Coned Cupcake Amazing-ness.
Yum. Yum. Yum.
As well as Traditional Birthday cakes, we also make Cheesecake-cakes and Brownie Hearts.

Plus since it is my birthday tomorrow, we'll be bringing another one of these amazing cakes to sell by the slice in store. £3.80 each.

Birthdays are for cake and this cake is amazing.

Like always, Biscoff and Lemon Meringue are back in.
But this week we have TWO new flavours;

Malibu and Pineapple cheesecake topped with Toasted Coconut and Caramelised Pineapple
🍓RASPBERRY AND WHITE CHOCOLATE;
Raspberry cheesecake with white chocolate chunks topped with fresh raspberries and a white chocolate 'S'
Plus we have a selection of each of our cheesecakes that are Gluten-Free, with our Biscoff Cheesecake being Very Low Gluten.

Starting with July; we are doing daily Afternoon Teas; everyday of every month.
The perfect treat, our Afternoon Tea is delicious and yummy.

It's £20 per person. With which you get:
🍋 Two Drinks Each
🍋 Mini Trifles, Meringues and Cheesecakes.
🍋 Fully Loaded Scones
🍋 A Scrumptious Selection of our Homemade Cakes
🍋 6 Finger Sandwiches each

It is also available for Takeaway, and can be made Vegetarian/Pescatarian if needed.

The first is tomorrow, and is an Adult Royal Icing Cookie Decorating Class, 11am-12.30pm.
Then the Second is a Children's Fondant Cookie Decorating Class, and is after school on Friday 1st March, 4-5.30pm.

ONE YEAR OF SHERBET ✅
It's our First Anniversary! 🥳🥳
This time last year, we opened our doors for the first time and ever since it has been such an amazing experience.
We've learnt so much, gone through so many positive and negative things- but loved every minute of it. ❤️
Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us throughout this journey.
