We tend to think that if we could just make more money all our money problems will be solved but this comes from a place of lack, feeling that there isn’t enough of it and ultimately it pushes money and abundance away because if you feel and act from lack, expect more of the same. 🤔

The first step is being aware of how you REALLY think and feel about 💰money.

Your thoughts & feelings have power and hold a frequency, if you want to change your reality, you have to change your thoughts and feelings to higher vibrational feelings. 💗

When you take the time to discover the fears, the stories, the blocks, the programming, the barriers, and the energetic charge you have around money that your subconscious reel 🎥 is constantly playing for you, all the goodness, the fun, and the ease gets to happen.

You can choose to write ✍️ a different story but it comes down to some decisions.
You have to decide that you're WORTHY 😍 of an abundant life.

You have to decide to start feeling the abundance in your life NOW even before the money shows up.

And you must embody abundance and wealth even when nothing around you gives any sign that anything is working out, when the cards are maxed out, and when the bank account is shrinking, you have to pull yourself together, remember who you are, and take action KNOWING you will succeed. 🎊🙌

Spring is springing 🌼

One of my favourite places to walk is

I’ve had a National Trust membership for many years and I love using my membership to take advantage of the many walking trails, stately homes and parks it has to offer and in Manchester, we’re lucky to have a quite a few locations on our doorstep.

I go out for a walk almost everyday but getting out in nature is one of best medicines to reduce stress, feel grounded and be in the present moment.
