** NEW YOGA+SPORT CLASSES FOR 2024 **
I'm very excited to announce my new Pnoi YOGA project, starting in spring this year! Our "Soulful Sundays" welcome adults of all abilities to immerse into a gentle Yoga session, followed by a fun game of basketball. This session will offer something for everyone, whether you wish to de-stress, stretch your body and/or lose weight by trying a new sport. I am a qualified Yoga Teacher and Basketball Coach.

Spring brings colours and it is a gentle awakening from hibernation. Everything comes to life: the sun is radiating strongly, flowers blossom, and our hearts are filled with joy. Many people find this transition challenging, as we are forced to leave the comfort zone and βspringβ into action!
Do join us on Monday as we ease ourselves into βAnoixiβ, which in Greek means βopeningβ. We will immerse ourselves into a gentle sadhana, with yogic breathing exercises to stimulate our pranic force.
